Why does Aimo Park issue sanction Fees?
Aimo Park imposes sanction fees to enforce the parking terms on private parking areas that are publicly accessible or private parking areas reserved for tenant’s and therefore not publicly accessible.
Aimo Park determines the parking terms that apply to the area together with the landowner. The parking terms shall comply with the terms and conditions attached to the parking regulation.
Sanction fees are used as a sanction for violating the parking terms that apply to the area in accordance with the parking regulations. The parking conditions are informed on-site with sign and the drivers are obliged to familiarize themselves with these when parking on sites.

Aimo Park operates and manages parking areas on behalf of landowners. This applies through the official parking regulations, property rights and the contract law.
I do not have the payment information, what do I do?
Arvato Finance AS is the company for which the parking fine must be paid to. It is Arvato you must contact if you need payment information, Arvato can be contacted on telephone: 22 87 89 70.
I have received a debt collection notification, even though I have paid. What can I do?
Arvato Finance AS is the company for which the parking fine must be paid to. It is Arvato you have to contact if you have any questions regarding your payment that you believe has been completed. Arvato can be contacted on telephone number 22 87 89 70.
You should have payment receipt ready in the form of : The account number it was paid from, the date it was paid, which amount and which KID number the payment was made with.
Is there any discount on the parking fine?
The amount of the parking fine is regulated in section 36 of the parking regulations and can not be changed.
The amount paid for the parking ticket can not be deducted from the sanction fine.
I have received a parking fine which I disagree with, what can I do?
If you disagree with the parking fine we issued, you must submit a written complaint explaining why you disagree. This should be sent through our complaint form or by post. We do not accept any complaints by email.
I bought a ticket and put it in the windshield, but it fell down. What can I do?
The ticket must always be visible in the front window, in areas where this is required. Sending proof of a valid ticket afterwards will not change the outcome of a sanction fee. Unfortunately, this type of complaint is not granted.
I've parked across the line because another vehicle was in my field. What can I do?
Drivers should always park the vehicle within a marked space, in areas where this is required. If other vehicles or objects are placed in such a way that you can not comply with this, then consider the space as not available.
I want to park with a trailer attached to a vehicle and it doesn´t fit in a single marked space. What can I do?
In parking areas against payment, the same amount of tickets must be purchassed for the equal number of spaces occupied. If you occupy two parking spaces, then you have to pay two tickets, etc. One for each parking space. You only need one ticket when you park on a lot with free time limited parking
Remember, the vehicle must always be parked within marked space, a trailer attached to a vehicle can not be parked outside the designated space even if the vehicle is within a designated space.
I've sold the car, but still receive a debt collection notification for a parking fine. What can I do?
Have you checked if you are still registered as the owner in the Motor Vehicle Register?
The invoice is always sent to the owner registered in the Motor Vehicle Register. Contact us in writing and we can try to assist you.

My car was stolen when a parking fine was imposed. What can I do?
You will have to file a police report if your car has been stolen. The copy of the police report must be sent to us with a written complaint to prove that the car was stolen.
Do I need to pay when I submit a complaint?
You do not need to pay when you have submitted a complaint, until the case is prossesed. The case is suspended until it is finished. It is recommended to file a complaint thorugh our web complaint form, as you wil sure that the complaint is delivered and that the case will be suspended. The same applys if you submit a complaint to the Parking Appeals Board within the specified deadlines.
What happens if I do not pay?
Recovery of outstanding amounts is made by Arvato Finance AS under the debt collection Act. If the parking fine is not paid, an invoice will be sent from Arvato and then the case will proceed to debt collection if this is not paid.
Can I ignore a parking fine if I drive a rental car or a leased car?
Rental companys and leasing companys are responsible for the parking fine if the driver does not pay it. Standard contracts on rental cars and leases allow these companies to claim the amount of a parking fine with additional fees. It is recommended to pay the parking fine within the deadline, so the bill won´t be sent to one of these companies. If you disagree with the parking fine, then send a complaint before the deadline expires so that no collection request will be sent.
I have received a new permit for the place I rent. When can I replace the old one?
All Aimo Park permits have a validity date and can only be used within the dates on it.
