Questions about online Sales
- How do I book online?
Go to our website and choose parking facility by searching City/place, Address or using the search field. Click on the pre-book button and insert arrival date. Available products will be displayed. Choose product and click next. If you already are a registered user type in your username and password. You can also pre-book as an unknown customer. Check overview of your order and click next if everything is correct. Click next and include your payment details. Shortly after pre-booking, you will receive a booking confirmation by e-mail.
- How can I pay?
You can pay by Visa, MasterCard, or Visa Debit.
- What are my cancellation options?
If you purchase the cancellation fee, you can cancel a pre-booking one hour prior to the booking time. A Pre-booking without the cancellation fee cannot be cancelled.
- What does "Single pass" and "multi pass" mean?
A "Singel pass" product means that you can drive in and out of the car park only once. A "Multi pass" product means that you can drive in and out as many times as you like within the pre-booked parking time.
- Why should I pre-book?
We always recommend pre-booking so you are able to guarantee a space.
- How do I know that my booking has been accepted?
You will receive a confirmation notice as soon as your booking is complete. You will also be sent an email confirming the booking.
- What do I do if I do not receive a booking confirmation?
The booking has not been completed successfully and the process should be carefully repeated. If you completed the online process and did not receive booking confirmation, please check that the email is not blocked by your server, or classified as spam.
- Are my booking details secure?
Please rest assured that your personal data is safe. Every booking is completed via SSL protocol.
- Is it possible to repent a booking?
You can repent your booking for a duration of 14 days starting from the pre-book date and time. Please use the repent form attached to your booking confirmation.
- Do parking charges at Aimo Park include VAT?
Yes, all parking charges include VAT.
- What happens if I park for longer than I pre-booked?
If you park longer then the pre-booked duration, the price for you overstay will be displayed on the screen on the payment machine or on the column on exit when inserting your parking ticket from entry. You can use your credit card to pay for overstay.
- How do I obtain a receipt for my booking?
The price of your booking, is displayed on your confirmation email.
- Can you send me a map?
A map can be found on the parking pages of our website.

Questions about disabled parking
- Who can park in a space reserved for disabled persons?
Some parking spaces are reserved for disabled people and a valid permit for disabled people must be submitted to be able to park in such a space as stated in th regulations on parking permit for persons with disabilities. There are no excuses to use such space based on your own opinion that you need it. The card should be clearly visible for inspection, its the side with expiration date that must be able to be controlled through the frontwindow.
- What terms apply for those with a valid card for disabled persons?
The card must be clearly visible for inspection with the side with the expiration date turned up so that the parking warden will be able to controll it through the frontwindow.
- Do I have to pay when I have a card for disabled persons?
It will be clearly stated on the parking sign if its an obligation to pay for those with a card for disabled persons. Its stated on the entrance sign of the parking area if payment is due on the average parking spaces with fees and it will be directly stated on the sign that reserves the parking space for disabled person if it sparking against a fee.
- I have received a sanction fee even though I have a valid permit for disabled people
Everyone must comply with the terms and conditions that apply to the areas in which you park in. The card itself must be clearly visible for inspection and payment must be done where this is stated on the signs. It is not allowed to park on other type of reserved spaces or outside designated valid parking spaces. This applies even if all spaces reserved for displaced persons are occupied.

- I don“t understand the signs of a parking area?
All publicly available parking areas in Norway use the same signs to inform about the parking terms.
The conditions of the reserved areas are on the main sign at the entrance of the area.

- What terms apply for me as an MC driver?
MC drivers must comply with the same terms and conditions that applys to cars. All vehicles registered in the motor vehicle register must comply with the parking regulations. The MC must be parked within designated spaces and aquire a ticket or register / pay electronically if required. The same applies to areas reserved, the terms must be followed.
Aimo Park recommends the use of EasyPark to avoid problems with placing the ticket. We recommend that you contact our customer service if you want to park in a reserved parking area.
- What applies for a trailor hitch?
All vehicles registered in the motor vehicle register must comply with the parking regulations. Consequently, trailer hitchs must be parked within the designated space and aquire a ticket or register / pay electronically if required.
