System- and service surcharge for Automatic Payment (Private and Business)

Aimo Park will introduce a system and service surcharge at all ANPR/Aimo Park Easy facilities for Automatic Payment Private and Automatic Payment Business, from July 2026.

What is the "system and service surcharge"?

This is a surcharge related to the Automatic Payment service, which ensures simple and seamless payment when you park. There are no changes to the parking rates themselves. This adjustment is made to maintain and further develop a stable and user-friendly automatic parking solution.

What will you be charged?

From July 2026, a monthly system and service surcharge will apply.

• Automatic Payment Private: NOK 10 (incl. VAT) per month
• Automatic Payment Business: NOK 20 (incl. VAT) per month

The surcharge is charged monthly per Automatic Payment subscription. First charge will take place no earlier than 16 July 2026. The fee may be adjusted annually in line with the Consumer Price Index (CPI).

Information regarding charges for July–September 2026

Aimo Park apologizes for an error that resulted in customers being charged the full monthly amount of NOK 10 for July. The charge for July should have been NOK 5, as the system and service fee was introduced on July 16. To correct this, all AutoPay customers will therefore be charged only NOK 5 in September.

If you terminated your agreement before September 1 and have not received a refund, please contact our Customer Service team, and we will refund the amount immediately. For the sake of clarity, please note that the monthly charge will return to NOK 10 from October 1 onwards.
