Warning about fraudulent SMS messages

We are aware of fraudulent text messages being sent in Aimo Park's name. These messages may contain payment links and are designed to appear legitimate. Please note that payment links sent by Aimo Park regarding parking fees or parking charges will only direct you to websites operated by Aimo Park or our authorized payment partner Riverty.

Valid links will only lead to:

• www.fakturainfo.no/en

Aimo Park will only send SMS messages containing payment links if you have been in contact with our Customer Service Centre by telephone on +47 21 00 76 70 and have specifically requested assistance regarding a payment.

If you receive a message that seems suspicious, do not click on any links or provide any personal information. If you are unsure whether a message is genuine, please contact us at kunde@aimopark.no and we will be happy to verify it for you.
