Please be aware that the refund does not include the sanction fee, this only apply to the amount paid for parking.
If you have been issued a sanction fee due to lack of payment caused by mistyping after July 1st 2019, you may apply for a refund of the parking fee you paid. This only applies to short-term parking (limited to 24 hours) , and only if you have not previously been refunded such parking fee due to mistyping (independent of the kind of mistyping, parking facility etc) This only applies if the sanction fee has been paid.
Payment of subscription parking and parking for multiple days, week, month etc. is not applicable to refund. Breach of other parking regulations, such as expiration of the parking ticket/registration, exceeding maximum allowed parking time, parking in breach of alignment regulations, on spots reserved for disabled persons etc. does not entitle you to a refund. The refunded amount excludes percentages paid to mobile payment application suppliers etc.
